Want to extend a big “Thank you” to Dee for such a wonderful experience that was totally unexpected. Mine was a custom home we built 30 years ago. As I was finishing a complete, high end remodel I was trying to sell the house myself. I had all the classic things happen, “looky loos”, cancellations of appointments that I had taken off work for, surprise knocks on the door by both unrepresented people and real estate agent alike.

Then I was considering listing with a family member..etc. Finally my son suggested I meet with a real estate colleague he knew through a networking group.
